Sign in to the web portal
The portal at swiftinventory.app uses the same account as your tablet and the NOPI app.

The web portal shows your venue’s counts, variance, stations, linked tablets and account in a browser. It has no data of its own: it reads the same venue your tablet files to.
Sign in
- Go to swiftinventory.app/app/.
- Enter the email and password you use in NOPI or on the tablet.
- If your account has two-factor sign-in, enter the code when asked.
You stay signed in on that browser for seven days, then sign in again.
If you have no account yet
Choose Create account. You enter your name, email, a password, and your venue’s name, country and company registration number. You become the owner of that venue, and Red Swift reviews new venues before they show as verified.
This is the same account the tablet makes with Create a Swift Inventory account. Make it once, in either place.
More than one venue
If your account belongs to several venues, pick the venue at the top of the side menu. Everything in the portal follows that choice.
Look around first
Look around with sample data opens a made-up venue. Nothing in it is real and nothing you change is saved.
