Restore a removed station, store or product
Owners and managers can see what was removed, who removed it, and put it back.

Anyone in the venue can change the layout, and so can a linked tablet. Nothing that is removed is destroyed. A removed station, store or product is switched off and kept as it was, with its product list, levels and stock.
The removed list is for owners and managers. Staff do not see it.
Put something back
- Open Stations.
- Scroll to Removed.
- Find the item. Each row shows when it was removed and by whom.
- Select Restore.
It is back straight away on every phone and tablet in the venue.
What the list shows
- Stations and stores that were removed, with the number of products on each.
- Products that were taken off a station or a store on their own.
- By names a person, or a tablet by its name if a linked tablet made the change.
- Unknown means the item was removed before 11 October 2026, when records of removals began. It can still be restored.
Good to know
- A station or store comes back whole. You do not restore its products one by one.
- Removing a product does not zero its stock. It shows the stock it held when you restore it.
- Past counts of a removed station stay in your reports whether or not you restore it.
If it does not work
